Thank you for reserving your new home at Spirit on Lake Housing Cooperative. There are two steps to the reservation process:
Step 1. Print, sign, and submit the one-page Reservation Agreement Form.
Step 2. Submit the reservation fee of $200. You can pay by check (details are on the reservation form). Or use a credit card via PayPal's secure checkout service by clicking on the button below. (The PayPal payment is made to PRG, Inc., the non-profit developer of the co-op.)
When both steps are complete, we'll assign you a reservation number, which will determine the order in which you can select your floor plan and location within the co-op. You'll get an email from project manager Kathy Wetzel-Mastel confirming we've received your reservation and letting you know your reservation number.
