An exciting new housing option is coming to the northwest corner of 13th Avenue South and East Lake Street. In cooperation with Spirit of the Lakes Church, PRG plans to build a new mixed-income, mixed-use building on this vibrant stretch of Lake Street.
This four-story building will include new space for the church (separately owned by the church), common areas and 41 one- and two-bedroom housing units structured as a limited equity cooperative.
The project—which is open and welcoming to the aging gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community—has strong support from the surrounding neighborhoods and from Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak.
Reservations currently being accepted. Construction is slated to begin in late 2008 with occupancy in late 2009.
